Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from the Wall Secrets website. Refunds are applicable to only defective products. We don't accept exchanges. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

2. Product Condition:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition.

3. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at hello@wallsecrets.co.ke or call us 0723 333 555 with your order number and the reason for the refund. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned product.

4. Return Shipping:

Cost of return is free for defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning products, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All products must be returned to our store at Shop F114 and G133, Junction Trade Centre, Accra Road, Nairobi CBD, Kenya.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as downloadable software, gift cards, and perishable goods, are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

7. Refunds to Original Payment Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

8. Changes to Refund Policy:
