At Wall Secrets, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless from start to finish, including our shipping process. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:
Order cut off: 2:00 PM East African Time(Nairobi)
Handling time: Maximum 1 day. Monday to Sartuday
Transit time: May take up to 2 days leading to a total delivery time of 3 business days across Kenya.
We offer free shipping for LED Digital Wall Clocks within Nairobi. For customers outside Nairobi, we have introduced PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL with WELLS FARGO. However customers must pay the delivery fee first directly through the Wells Fargo Till number that will be provided, before item leaves Nairobi. When item arrives at the Wells Fargo office near them, they can pay before collection. Our Till number will be clearly labelled on the package.
